Welcome by president 2.Last bod minutes read as 19th July and accepted anonymously 3.Discussion on upcoming projects were done as follows - a) Sufi-Gazal night which will take place on 13/09, which consist as live music and synergy with Rc panvel mahanagar . b) Raksha Bandhan celebration with Swapna lay Orphanage which has 25 girls during celebration we were going to give indoor games to orphan children. c) This year again we w are going to conduct aistrict event Rotary idol, which will be in synergy with Rc pune camp. d) In mid September we are planning to conduct cricket turf match which will be between Rotaract -Rotary & inner wheel. e) In oct or sept ending we are planning to conduct thalassemia awareness for young 3rd year students at Pillai college auditorium. f) Are you real couple? event for our Rotary couples to be plan in October first or second week . g) An interdistrict project with rotary club of Pondicherry we will be receiving hearing aid machine worth Rs 85000 as a gift for our hearing impaired students approximately we will receive machine tomorrow or day after tomorrow once received will sync it with the student ear which suits it . h) An another interdistrict project between rotary club of Pondicherry central, where they will be sending us 100 mosquito repellant for donating it around old age or orphanage. i)Further we discussed about Rotary PR image of our club we will be planning for beautification below bridge opposite to MGM Hospital . j) Rtn PP Gurudev Singh Kohli being a sports director discussed about upcoming sports event as follow - a) Cycling event in oct . b) Cricket match between all zonal clubs in Nov . c) Any sports game to be planned for our special hearing in paired children in month of September. * Planning to beauty bridge Opp to mgm by contact of Bhupendra Singh. * Rotary and Rotaract circle beautification of HDFC circle * Composit kit workshop to be organized for club . |
