Minutes of Meeting	1. Club dues for member to be finalized at amount Rs.18500 and dual members fees for Rs.10,000 2. President said administration communication should only be done on mail or in meeting face to face. What's app should be avoided for any official communication. 3. Tree plantation to be kept on the occasion of school charter day at community center on 18th July. Synergy will be Dawoodi Bohra samaj, Rotaract club and rotary trust. Teacher vocational award to be given on same day during school program. 4. Fitness talk to be kept on 26th July. Report of pulmonary test project will be discussed on same day. 5. Kishor kumar nights will be on 4th august in synergy with Rc Panvel Mahanagar. 6. CPR Project to be done during month end at Orion mall, once we had talk with its manager. 7. Change of signatories to be proposed by IPP Kalpesh Parmar and Seconded by Nilesh Pote. 8. Sai world city & Nexa marathon new club to be formed under RcPit. Planning to meet them physically. 9. Dr Jay bhandarkar said to install library in RcPit Trust Building and will also help in donation 10. Nilesh pote and other board member suggested orientation of club to be done. President suggested for that DRT Team will help for orientation. 11. Rtn Neelam Nerkar announced district environment project where they are providing aerator for 50 only. but minimum pieces to be taken is 250 for it. 12. President also said every club member should also use compost kit at home which is very Enironmental support and doesn't even smell. 13. Rcpit aerator project promotion to be done outside Sahil Enterprises. 14. Neelam Nerkar suggested to take part in green Friday initiative of rotary. 15. Plastic recycling project every month end. 16. On sept thermically recycling project to be done during Ganpati festivals 17. Books recycling project to be done at VK High School 18. Rtn Deepali Bohra suggested women participation to be increased in rotary club, so she suggested to induct new women in club. 19. We are planning for tree plantation of Ashoka trees at barns school with basanti jain group 20. Kalpesh suggested csr have projects on carpenter training for 10 days for 20 people and training place to be given at RcPit Trust Building. 21. President, Rtn Neelam and Rtn Arvind suggested training can't be taken at stilt atea beacuse it will damage tiles, students also play during evening time and if some nails or other remaining can hur them. 22. Board decided to keep next meeting to be kept on 1hr before business meeting 23. B.G.Patil membership for proposed by Rtn Arvind Sawalekar decision to be taken by membership director. 24. Received official complain about one of the Rotarian of the club from one of the female Rotarian regarding misbehavior. Decision to be taken on 21st Juy in special bod kept.
