| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes – Business Meeting – 14th June 2023 The last business meeting of RY 2022-23 was held on Wednesday, 14th June 2023, at Rotary Community Centre, New Panvel. 1. Meeting was called to order by President Kalpesh followed by National Anthem. 2. President Kalpesh welcomed all the members present for the meeting. 3. Minutes of the Joint BOD were read by Secretary Hitesh. The second half of the Minutes were read by incoming secretary Rhugved. 4. The minutes were discussed in general by all the members present. 5. IT WAS RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY BY ALL THE MEMBERS PRESENT THAT A SUM OF RS. 30,000/- BE KEPT AS BALANCE IN CLUB ACCOUNT AND BE CARRIED FORWARD TO NEXT ROTARY YEAR. 6. IT WAS RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY THAT ANY OUTSTANDING BILLS OF LAST YEAR'S ROTARY BUSINESS THAT ARE SUBMITTED NOW SHOULD NOT BE PAID VIA THIS YEAR'S CLUB BUDGET AND THUS BE REJECTED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT FUNDS THAT NEED TO BE TRANSFERRED TO NEXT ROTARY YEAR. 7. PP Chandrashekhar Panhale had some queries about RCPIT Ch. Trust. He suggested that the Trust chair holders need to be present for Club's Business Meeting or at least authorize a Trustee to reply on any Trust questions. 8. A general discussion was had regarding Planning Assembly with AGE that is to be held on 21st June 2023. 9. Secretary Announcement was done by Secretary Hitesh. 10. Meeting adjourned. A total of 11 members were present for the meeting. |
