| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes – 8th BOD MEETING – 3rd May 2023 1. Eighth meeting of the Board of Directors of RCPIT was held on 3rd May 2023 at Rotary Community Centre, New Panvel. 2. Members present for the meeting were welcomed by President. 3. Minutes of the last BOD meeting were read by Secretary Hitesh and approved unanimously. 4. President shared with the Board the agenda for DG's OCV of 9th May 2023. 5. It was decided to invite and felicitate synergy partners at the hands of DG. Also, Annets who excelled in their academics and professional life to be felicitated during DG visit. 6. A detailed discussion was held regarding the roles and responsibilities of volunteers of DG visit program 7. Lastly, President informed the Board regarding the complaint letter being sent to DG about objection of Harmesh being inducted as a Rotarian. The reply letter says that there is no NOC required to be submitted by any member who wants to join any Rotary Club. It is discretionary on the part of the Club who inducts the new member to make the provisions in their Bylaws regarding the induction policy, objections, etc. 8.
