| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes – 6th BOD MEETING – 8th February 2023 1. Sixth meeting of the Board of Directors of the Club was held on 8th February 2023 at Rotary Community Centre, New Panvel. 2. Members present for the meeting were welcomed by President. 3. Minutes of the last BOD meeting were read by Secretary Hitesh and approved unanimously. 4. IPP Gurdevsingh queried about the letter being sent to DG regarding Harmesh. President replied that the same has been sent on 7th February 2023. 5. President also apprised the Board that the synergy & District projects that were planned were cancelled or postponed due to some unavoidable reasons. 6. DG office had requested to change the earlier date of 15th March for OCV. The new date for DG's OCV shall be Monday, 27th March 2023. 7. Trust Chairman was requested to provide the audited balance sheet of last FY and other Trust documents for the DG's OCV. The list of the required documents to be sent to the Trust. 8. President also requested IPP Gurdevsingh to provide the audited balance sheet of last year's Club account for the upcoming DG visit. 9. President had received a letter from Rtn. Madhuri Srinivas Koduru about a press release of Club's presidential elections held on 14th December 2022. As the concerned person mentioned in the letter was not present for the meeting, the issue shall be discussed when all the concerned parties are available for discussion. 10. President informed the Board about an upcoming synergy project of 6 clubs with Nanavati Hospital regarding Cancer Detection. 11. Trust Chairman PP Arvind Sawalekar updated the Board about Trust activities. The change report submitted at Charity Commissioner has been approved. Amended bye-laws/Trust Deed to be submitted to Charity Commissioner for the approval. 12. Regarding the alternating arrangement of flag hoisting at Rotary Community Center on 26th January & 15th August every year by the Trust Chairman & Club President, Trust Chairman said that this topic will be taken for discussion in the next Trust meeting. 13. On behalf of a Club member, PP Prakash Shringarpure informed that receipts of the donation given to TRF and the respective pins are not yet being provided. President informed that District Director Foundation Nitin Dhamale is looking into the matter and will sort that out. 14. Vote of Thanks given by PE Dr. Jay. 15.
