| Minutes of Meeting | 1. President welcomed the members present. 2. Minutes of the last BOD were read by Secretary and approved unanimously. 3. President updated about the projects done last week. 4. Rtn. Vinod Gurme to provide the Article/Clause regarding the requirement of NOC for induction of members in any Rotary club. 5. PN Charudatta & Rtn. Madhuri Srinivas appealed to forget such past issues and move ahead with new plans. 6. There is no outstanding of dues towards the club of PP Harmesh. Trust Chairman PP Arvind Sawalekar to provide draft for the letter to be sent to DG. 7. Issue of admin rights of the official WhatsApp group to be finalized in the BOD. 8. Secretary Announcement. 9.
