| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes - 3rd BOD MEETING – 8th October 2022 The third meeting of the Board of Directors for RY 2022-23 was held on Saturday, 8th October 2022 at 8:30 p.m. at Hotel Sagar Panvel. The meeting was hosted by PN Rtn. Charudatta Bhagat, Rtn. Shubhada Bhagat, & Rtn. Tushar Tatkari. Following are the minutes of the meeting: 1. President welcomed all the members present for the meeting. 2. Minutes of the last BOD meeting were read by Secretary Hitesh and approved unanimously by all the members. 3. President apprised the Board about success of Project Dhadkan which was attended by around 450 people. 4. Project report of ongoing Global Grant of Cataract Surgeries submitted by Project Chair PP Rtn. Prakash Shringarpure and was read by President Kalpesh. The project may get over by this month end. 5. Projects planned for October 2022 were discussed by the President which included World Food Day, Rotary Idol, etc. 6. Two new membership proposals were given. Mr. Alibhai Chittalwala by President Kalpesh & Mr. Nitin Padgaonkar by Rtn. Tushar. Forms to be filled and kept for approval in next BOD meeting. 7. Rtn. Suniel Arora suggested to have a Diwali party of all the club members in Panvel. President to take this matter with his COPS team regarding the common celebration of all clubs. Trust Chairman PP Arvind Sawlekar said that rather than involving other clubs we should have party of our own club first. Tentative date is 9th November 2022. 8. Vote of thanks was given by PE Dr. Jay Bhandarkar. 9. Meeting adjourned by the President followed by the dinner. A total of 14 Rotarians were present for the BOD meeting. Rtn. Kalpesh Parmar Rtn.
